By new “connection,” you mean new account or new logins?
Also could you please further advise on “mobile data network” to get new IPs? How do I do that?

I mean the cellular data networks.
If you are using it from your mobile, you can simply put the phone to flight mode and turn it off. You will have a new IP.
Log the IPs you have used with every account.

What I have mentioned is only if you're starting up. This is cost effective. But if you are really serious. Get separate Mobile Phones, Connections for each account.
Thank you. I understand about new phones, but for connections, what would you mean? Get a paid service?
Also, while checking on whoer, I’m prompted w WADE anti detect browser. Is this something youd recommend I use?

Different SIM Cards. I'm not sure about the working anti detect browsers. Sorry.

You can also get virtual sim cards, not sure if they're worth the hassle but might be worth looking into.

there are stealth programs out there that can allow you to open multiple ebay accounts with 1 pc, they are commonly known.

Yes, you can run multiple eBay accounts, but you’ll need unique IPs (residential proxies or 4G), browser fingerprinting tools, and solid account separation to avoid linking. Stealth mode is key

No need creating multiple account.
Just focus on two or three account using virtual sim.
Spend more time on getting product's which be very useful to your customers at a competitive rate also.
Offer protections or guaranttee to customers. Donot wait for ebay to do for you.

Ah, before offering such suggestions to him/her, you need to find is level when it comes to selling on ebay.
You suggestion is like telling someone who has just got cat. B drivers licence to buy a ferrari .

You donot need multiple account to sell on eBay bcos is very difficult when it comes to managing multiple accounts.
You question should be how to be successful selling on ebay. You only 1-2 verify account.
Note: the only way you can prove to yourself that you'll be successful with multiple account is to be successful with one or two ebay account.
