seriously, please stop spreading the myth, this is plain false, ebay does not ban multiple accounts. If you have one account that is suspended for whatever reason already, then the associated accounts could be at risk. However, this can be mitigated with multi logins, quality ips etc.

Just because you did it incorrectly and got accounts suspended does not mean multi accounts on ebay does not work. Look around, there are plenty of resource on bhw that will get you on the right path.

I get the reactivation message on most of the newly created eBay accounts, it comes after listing on some accounts, it doesn't matter the category, I've tried many things for a long time, what do you think about this situation?

Warm up the account by selling or listing little items first.
You can’t list up $1,200 as your first item it will get flagged.

You have to warm up the account at least for 30 days slowly. scale one account. then next month start another account using anti detect browsers + clean proxies.

Yes.
Normally you use all different information so they do not get linked.

Ok ! i got it. All must be different not even 1 little piece match up. Otherwise, yup...AI bots will detect it soon or later.

eBay is getting more and more difficult to create multiple accounts
Create multiple buyer accounts, leave it for about a month, log in and act like a regular user
Then use vpn to register seller
