Just a few questions about choosing keywords, otherwise any other tips appreciated.
1. What to do with plurals, say we have:
great keyword
great keywords
2. What do with combinations, say we have:
great keyword
great keyword tools
If I'm planning on starting a campaign for the keywords is it a good idea to mix it up and use both sets in the plurals and combinations case, or perhaps just go for the one with a higher exact match count?
