[Need help] Payoneer Request A Payment

Hi BHW,
I created a Payoneer account for sending payment request to my client in Australia (He will be paying me via Payoneer). However, there are a few countries supported in my account (there is no Australia country).

Could you please let me know why and how to resolve it?

P/S: I contacted support and here is what they said:

Kindly note that at this current time you are able to request a payment only from companies located in the US, within the EU or from the UK. Therefore, at this current time it is not possible to request paymetns from Australia. However, if this would change in the future, we will let you know via an email. I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. Only the global payment service is at the moment enabled for your account, however the billing service allowing to request payments from clients via credit card or echeck is not enabled due its not supported with your account at this current itme. however, if this would change in the future, we will let you know.

Nothing you can do, ask your client to send you in another way

There's nothing to do.. Contact payoneer support.. if they failed to provide you any solution then ask your client to pay any other way like PayPal etc.

If he will be Paying Via Payoneer then he can send payment on your payoneer email.payoneer to payoneer option.

I was going to say the same thing. You can easily solve this by getting paid directly to your account, if your client has one. Or you can give him your US bank attached to payoneer to send payment.

If support is not helping you so no option, an other option is if he have payoneer account he can send you directly with it... another option is which is not preferred but if you are unable to get payment with any payment processor, ask him to post project on freelancer(s) sites and hire you there.
