Need help on wordpress seo by yoast

Hi All,

I'm new to wordpress and working on touroperator theme and installed SEO yoast. I added item destinations and items. But here my concern is in front end when i click on particular destination the url showing as http://xxxxxxx.com/?ait-dir-item-location=california


Here i'm expecting url shoukd be like http://xxxxxxx.com/resorts-in-california and Title Should be Resorts in California - site Name

Can anyone please help

As far as I know, SEO Yoast do not change url. The URL is generated when you add name to a new site(post).

Usually set thru permalinks, but maybe set by AIT theme. Check their documentation for advice on permalinks or just click on permalinks in WP dashboard and see whats going on...

For posts urls are working properly but item destinations it is not working properly
below is the permalink settings

This is a Custom Post Type Functionality added by the theme.

You should see in Theme Settings or in Permalinks.

Your URL Should look like that:

www dot xxxxxx dot com / resorts-in-california / abcresort (for a Single Resort )
www dot xxxxxx dot com / resorts-in-california / (for a List of Resorts )
