Need help on email marketing

Hi, guys, i have more than 10k email list collected manually from LinkedIn. these emails all are 100% valid. anther thing 90% profiles are chief ,director, president and many other high level director.
i want to start email marketing but which niche should i select and how can i start without any investment??
