anytime man that’s nothing you seem like a cool dude man I just wanted to help I’ve been there and pretty much still there I’ve seen some tricks here on BHW as well about keyword research but the easiest way is using chrome extensions like VidIQ is enough for a start since you can analyze your competition/get keyword suggestions/copy keywords from other videos/Improve your SEO
(it shows you basically everything for the most optimal video optimization suggestions like keyword competition, Recommended title length, Actions needed for performance and engagement like sharing on twitter, hearting a comment, replying, amount of focused keyword to use and much more. pretty much that’s all you’ll need
it can get pricey so I’d suggest using the free version or find a cracked version in case you’re really lost but I highly suggest to support the dev if you can maybe looking for free YouTube keyword tools on google or you can use google keyword planner but I highly suggest to stuff some recommended keywords I mean the ones that start to appear as you start typing (ex. Make mon will start suggesting ‘make money online’ ‘make money dropshipping with aliexpress’ etc.)
Better search for vidiq or tubebuddy extension and see what you feel is better for you
I use a free vidiq it ain’t the best but if fits my purpose and monetization oh man that’s hell
You need 1,000 subs and 4,000 watch hours which is basically like 40,000 views of a 6 minute video or however you want to describe it basically you need your content to be watched for 240,000 minutes in total so even 4,000 views that watched a full hour video will qualify your channel for monetization I hope I don’t make a mess it could be 100 videos that got 240,000 one minute views in total so a live stream or a good compilation that will keep the retention will do the trick
now you can make it easier by finding a service for the purpose, Some panels offer 4,000 watch hours services that are pretty cheap (DM me if you’ll need help or recommendations) so you will be set from the get go but trust me it’s totally fine to go the long way since you will be motivated to improve your rankings so you could finally get those 1,000 subs and 4,000 watch hours faster and start uploading highly SEO optimized videos and make a living
you have a ‘monetization’ tab in your account settings in YouTube studio (you will see the $ sign) and you can track your progress for the requirements to get your channel monetized.

About the chart race we’re talking about flourish? If so it’s a hell of a method and a great idea but since it went really public and a lot of YouTube tutorials about this method were popping lately, it looks like a challenge BUT
I think it’s highly doable since a lot of people get frustrated in the process and a lot of people don’t optimize and grow their channels properly
I’d say it’s a great idea and the content is unlimited since you can pretty much create a chart about anything and there’s a few other really good graphs in their website that you can take advantage of
I started a channel yesterday in my free time and I gotta say it’s really frustrating tbh lol since I got two 10+ minute videos and the views.. oh man there’s much more time and work than that
Consistency is key in this one for sure so don’t forget there’s a lotta services that can help you grow much quicker if you can afford them
If not, what I personally do is make a video and when I can I plan or learn other ways to make a quick buck so I could invest
to sum it all up,
- VidIQ/Tube buddy/google keyword planner or any other keyword research tool available online (back in the day I’ve seen some golden free tools after some quick google searches)
- Chart race is a great choice + QUICK TIP: Thinking about it right now, use google trends to get inspiration for the chart race
- Monetization will be available as soon as you hit the 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours mark

Yeah btw you got some essential skills for scaling it up like Wordpress
Maybe figure out how it implement it into your videos for example redirect your viewers to a blog post about the niche of your video (ad rev AKA monetized website or blog with google adsense or any other network)
Maybe redirect to an offer related to it (making money online -> money making course with your affiliate link) maybe set your own independent e-commerce store with woocommerce and sell merch or anything related + get more traffic into your website
