Need help making a new stealth for ebay and paypal.

Okay, so about a month ago my ebay account had been suspended and I am planning on making a new one. Here are a few questions that I need answered. Also, I'll be moving to a new address with a new IP

1. My ebay was suspend, but not my PayPal. Would if be okay to use my current PayPal with my new eBay account if I add a different card?

2. Should I give ebay my real name and my real new address?

3. If I have to make a new PayPal. Do I need a new bank account? I heard that PayPal saves your card, but not your bank account

What are the precautions that I should take?

No, eBay/paypal keeps records of everything. All new information will have to be used to create a new acct.

no problems if it's info ebay/paypal doesn't have yet.

you don't need to link a bank account until you need to withdraw, and you heard wrong
