Need Help In Managing Clients and Agreements - Please

Hi,

A few weeks back I built a plugin and it's having good sales on codecanyon. Thanks to this plugin many peoples, especially the Hosting companies are interested in working with me. Most of them want me to develop extensions -- only for their company.

NOW THE Problem.

Two companies approached me, we both agreed and I received my 50% through PayPal.
I started developing the plugin and then after 10 days, they approached to me as demanded me to provide them with more features at the same cost. I said that is not possible.

They said ok, no problem continue with the project.

After 2 days, they sent me a mail and said I am a scammer and I should refund their money.
I asked how instantly I became a scammer because I didn't agree to provide you with more features. And one surprisingly said yes.

I said no, I will not.

They created PayPal dispute and then I got an e-mail from PayPal tomorrow; that they "Mother$uckers" have won the claim.

Now here's my questions.

Paypal -- asked me to provide the tracking number.
Question 1: Now from where in this world I will provide them with a tracking number for digital good.

Payal -- asked me to provide any legal agreement as proof.
Question 2: From where or how I can make a legal agreement with my client ..... online ..... when my client is from a different continent and I am from another.

Please kindly help me with the above two questions.

Use Payoneer Global Billing And i found Them Best for personal Payments. As we small persons dont have Enough sale for Merchant Card services.Payoneer is best i found

So, do they allow the customers/clients to chargeback?

You would need to show proof that what you were delivering was digital goods.
Show them the screenshots of the whole conversation, emails, social media conversations.

The total conversations consisted of 192 messages.

I provided them with 25 images.. I showed them that every day I used to create a video explaining the progress.

Paypal emailed that I can again create a request but whenever I visit their resolution page they ask me to provide the tracking number.

Even when it is clearly stated that to paypal that its a digital product and we had agreement that I have provide them the product after 30 days.

They allow and they verify manually, I found them Helpful.
Last month My Card was misused by someone and i informed them.Then Followed their Procedure and submitted hand written Form.
issued a new card and got my money back :)
