Need help in generating traffic.

I have a free streaming movies site, I need someone who is interested in Link exchange.

My site doesn't have any pop or surveys, I want to boost my website traffic.

I have already tried :

1. You tube
2. Yahoo answers
3. Buying traffic
4. Search Engine Submission.
5. Torrents commenting.
6. Video uploading on different sites with my website as file name.
etc.
But none of the above tricks are meeting my expectation.
Anything unique that you guys would like to share.

I have not tried link exchange so thought of trying that as well.....will that help??

im not a expert but this is what i would do. obviously people watch movies and tv shows. where can we find people?(wow that sounds dumb) Facebook, Twitter. get some programs to automate it if you wish but you can for sure build your sites traffic with that. make a fan page and add a like button to all your movies. its going to grow.

I'm a fan of a site where I watch the office sometimes on facebook. That was a good site but they got shut down but they still post episodes on facebook on throwaway hosting.

Why not try SEO? Competitive niche but there are so many terms you might get your piece of the pie.

hey this can be promote by SMM social media marketing.. all you have to do is make an account on youtube & facebook and watching video site like youtube and upload 9 mins video of that movie like tailor and all that and give your link like for full movie go to site.com make your social media profile strong..
example : eros music on youtube
