Need help in choosing proxy provider for general usage

Hello,
I am new to buying proxies and even BHW. I wanted suggestion as to which proxy provider should I buy proxies from. My budget is around 1~1.75 $. I just need proxies which won't get blacklisted by proxy detection services, nothing more. What I intend do with them is use them on paid url shorteners, which have a proxy detection system. I intend to buy around 50~100 proxies.

1) Is my budget fine for my purpose?
2) Which would be more suitable for this task, Private Dedicated proxies or shared one?
3)Any proxy providers that you recommend?
4) Has anyone tried HighProxies.com or StormProxies.com? Did they provide IPs which weren't blacklisted? They do seem to promising.

I know they have threads here, but people mostly only review about speed, and not whether they were blacklisted or not. I know the questions might be silly, but I am really new.

2. Either one of them because you’re not using your proxies for connecting acc or for accessing restrictive websites - so try using them both.

3. For this project, almost any provider will do.

4. Proxies are generally blacklisted on certain websites. So you can get the ‘most’ blacklisted IP, but if it’s not blacklisted on the domain where you want to use it, it doesn’t matter.

My advice: get some cheaper proxies, buy 10-20, test them and then buy the rest

I wonder how cheap should I get. I heard how proxies cheaper than 1$ are kinda useless. Also, can you recommend any provider? It will help me a lot.

Thank you for your troubles Chris. One question, does the price remain the same for n number of proxies or does it get even more discounted if I buy even more? Say if I buy 50 proxies will I get it at the same price per proxy as I was getting for 5 proxies ?

If not, then I won't be able to afford it, but again thank you.
