[Need Help]How to take down a Youtube Video?

A few months ago, I created a simple youtube video for a client. It was created using free account on animoto. Now, my client emailed me that he wants that video to be deleted. My big problem right now is I already forgot the email used in that account. I've tried to log in using the username but youtube says I need to log in using the email on the account. I still remember the password but can't really remember the email. Is there anything I can do to retrieve the email of that account?

Or, is there any technique were in I can take down that youtube video like logging in to multiple accounts and then flagging that video?

Help will be greatly appreciated.

The bad news is..unless you can remember the email ..your %$#@ed.

Write them using the appropriate form. It'll take a couple of times since they attempt to answer with canned replies once or twice. Keep writing them.

I had to do it myself a few months ago, so this suggestion is not something I heard from someone who heard from somebody else's brother... And it worked for me. HTH.

Can you please clarify this, to whom I will write? is it to youtube? and what will I say in my message? like I've forgot the email to my account?

you can log in on youtube using the channel name as the email I think?

Yep I did that. The problem is the "channelname" combine with @gmail.com, so [email protected] gives me a different gmail account which I have also created. Not the one I want to log in. I've tried to retrieve my account by submitting necessary info regarding to my account. It says they will email me within 24 hours. Hope I can get back that account. Fingers cross...

I believe you don't need the "@gmail.com" after the channel name. Use channelname as your username and the password and it should work fine

Already did this. The problem is maybe because I have tried to log in a lot of times using the channel name, youtube now requires me to log in using the full email. Here's the error message when I try to log in using the the channel name.

Please use your full Google Account email address to sign in.

I searched google and didnt found any answer to your problem my friend :/
