I was using dreamweaver for my cms but I want to learn how to use wordpress effeciantly and don't really feel like spending a whole bunch of time searching the internet, so I was wondering if anyone would help me out and in turn I will give you some cash via paypal. We can just do everything over skype. I really only need to know a couple of things and it probably wouldn't take more than 2-3 hours. Thanks!
Good evening! A newbie who just signed on today, and making his first post at that, probably wasn't exactly what you were hoping for, but I wanted to reply nonetheless, LOL. Anyway, all kidding aside, I've joined the forum in hopes of learning BH techniques from the experts who do it everyday, and I've read that this is the best place to find those people. Personally, I come from a commercial real estate and finance background, and transitioned into marketing to those same niches on the web, among other things, and along the way, became sort of an "accidental expert" at developing Wordpress sites. I'm not a code expert by any means, but am proficient enough to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise in building out a theme, and am pretty up to date on premium theming, plugins, etc. for just about any purpose. Point being, if you still need some help learning the Wordpress ropes, I'd be glad to help with a few tutorials, and given my rank, green newbie status, no compensation is necessary. I'd be glad to do it as a reputation building exercise, and to contribute something positive. Always good to pay the bills, but banking the old karma and making some new friends certainly isn't bad either! In any event, if you have any interest, just let me know. I've not been a big Skype user to date, but could get set up quickly for purposes of the tutorial. Certainly wouldn't kill me to learn the Skype ropes while I'm at it.
