Need Help Getting Posts Indexed

Hello everyone, I haven't posted in almost a year in my website, but I recently started posting articles again.
However, they have not been indexed by search engines. I have tried force indexing and social shares, but that didn't work. I am looking for advice on how to get my posts indexed and for tips on how to make them more likely to be indexed by search engines.

Make sure the site registered with Google Search Console. Also submit an updated sitemap and check for any crawl errors or manual penalties.

The site I abandoned for over 6 months behaves like that, but after a week or two, all article gets indexed.

Google can take time to index your page so wait for some time. Use tools like Google Search Console to identify indexing errors and address them promptly, Update your articles regularly to keep them fresh, Monitor your website's crawlablility.
