need help getting money off limited PayPal accounts

I had the same problem once. I called them they said that I needed to provide them Shipping details or invoice, but how can I provide that when I provide website related services. So I wrote the whole truth to paypal in a pdf file and sent them. Before 48 hours they removed my limitations. This was exactly what I wrote them:-

To PayPal,

My name is XXXXXXX. I am an account holder of PayPal, I am new to PayPal and I am not being able to receive my payments on time. As I talked with your executive he explained me about my limitations. I cannot provide Shipping details or any kind of invoice because I am providing website services. My services basically include SEO services and that is why I am getting paid. This does not have any scope of providing shipping or invoice details. As I am a loyal customer of PayPal and would like to continue my business with PayPal I would like to request PayPal to take my account into consideration and please remove the limitations. Removing my limitations would be very helpful for me to grow my business and take some more new payments.
