Need help getting accepted into CPA NETWORKS!!

How do you guys get accepted into these networks? I have an unfinished website, a means of traffic (youtube, which i mentioned in my application), but none of them seem to be responding to me. I've applied to: Maxbounty, Neverblue, Peerfly, Adscend Media, and BlamAds. Please help!

If you know some good CPA Networks that provide customizable Content Locked Gateways, mention them too!

Just be honest in your application and you'll get a response from them. Sometimes they take a bit of time to reply.

They do sometimes take a few days, when did you apply?

Read one of the 4+ stickied threads about how to get accepted to CPA networks. Leadbolt focuses entirely on content locking (you can't even promote the offers any other way.) What are you looking for in terms of customization? They might not have enough customization for you... if you want real customization use your own locker. They have some templates for different niches but I don't think you can use your own.

I call them immediately after submitting my application. Often times they will approve me without really having any kind of conversation.

Alright guys thanks for the responses, i actually ended up getting accepted to 2 so far, as for the rest i was declined. One other question, how do i put the offer into my theme, all i was given was a Preview of the offer URL and a Tracking URL, what do i do with the two of them?
