Hey everyone. I've been lurking around for a couple years, and finally started posting recently. I've been taking some notes, and trying to generate my own methods, techniques, etc. And hopefully one day I can come back and explain my journey to $XXXX amount a day 
Anyways... back to the current reality. I'm broke-ish, and I'm looking for ways to on the Internet Marketing world and get the best ROI.
Right now, here's what I have: a few domains in multiple niches (1 in the adult niche, 1 in video games, 1 in music (hip hop/rap), and 1 in movies (free illegal movies).
I also have hosting plans which either have those domains already or they can be added.
Now, besides the Illegal movie niche, I can see some decent revenue in the other niches (although they are competitive).
Right now, I have about $40... and I am looking to invest it in one of these niche ideas so I can start generating some income. I'm looking for the best way to get a return on my investments (this $40 isn't the only money I've spent. Obviously I have hosting, and stuff as well).
I've playing with the ideas: review sites/affiliate sales, dropshippers, content sites with income coming from ADs, etc. etc.
I'm still a little new to SEO and still grasping things like SERP, Backlinks, etc.
I really want to get something started, I'm tired of taking two steps back every time I think I have a good idea.
Any suggestions?
(side note: I was told that I could source someone to create a site or two for me, and then just build traffic to them... but I'd like some other suggestions)
