I'm a programmer and I started a blog 2 months back.
Within 2 months I'm getting 2000+ pageviews/month.
My most traffic comes from Microsoft's forums. All of them are techies.

I post solutions to most complex problems (related to Microsoft.NET).

I want to earn some money through these visitors. I'm targeting 10,000 pagesviews/month by end of this year.

Till now I'm getting only $3/month. I observed once visitors get solution to their problem, they leave the site. :(

Can someone give me idea to monitorize this traffic?

P.S. I'm using Google adsense

If the solution is fixed on your website and it's people with real problems they need fixed, there will never be a need to buy a product from you or take your advice on a product to purchase to fix their problem.

Instead, check out CPALead or install your own CPA Gateway. That's one sure way to get some extra money out of them for free. If they want a solution to their problem, they have to do a survey.

Also, throw around your ads a little bit. Change the color scheme of your ads and try moving them to different locations, some times you'd be surprised what changes can drastically improve the CTR.

have a premium membership section , where every answer will be given out for 1$.

@ coreygeer & jammy

These are really good suggestions. Generally the solutions I write are also available on other blogger's sites. I put them in easy words so I get more traffic. For issues where multiple solutions are available across web in blogs and forums, I try and test and put all of them together in a single blog post.

Conclusion is what I write is also available at other places free so do you guys seriously think that someone will be ready to pay for it?

Thanks for your time

Get rid of adsense, join Commision Junction and display ad's from Developer tools, Redgate Ants profiler, DevExpress controls etc

Your audience is used to adsense (being techies) though can't resist shiny new controls/tools :D
