Need help from mods :(

so i had a marketplace thread sent for review and after doing some changes, it passed the first phase and was looked by a mod. And i asked him whether we are allowed to post two same marketplace thread or not and he said it's allowed and i had to provide him our top level service so he gave me a topic to prepare on. And my team were working on it. We spent money from our side and got everything ready. But right when i was about to deliver, he said if this this thread is any different from my previous one and i replied it's the same one since he said that it's allowed to post 2 same marketplace thread. And he replied back saying it was his mistake and same two threads arent allowed and he closed that thread without hearing my reply

i wanted to close my previous marketplace thread and replace it with this new one (i told this via support but didnt get good response) and i created the same marketplace thread again and it has passed the first phase and now i have been waiting for long havent got a response.

Would have been much easier if they re-open the previously closed thread and assign the same mod who gave me a topic to prepare our premium service on since we were already working on it and had paid from our side too.

Kindly, i can understand you guys are super busy and all but can you please help me with this

Hi happy to pick this up for you. So when you’re saying you “didn’t get a good response”. Do you mean you didn’t get the response you wanted as I can see the ticket and it’s accurate to our terms. You can run multiple marketplace threads. You cannot run the same thread, selling the same service multiple times.

Where you close a previous marketplace thread and want to reopen it with fresh content this is something we don’t allow. Let me explain the reason with the following basic scenario.

• You open a thread selling your service at $5
• You get many favourable comments around “value for money” and likes added with purchases flowing in.
• You stop selling on the marketplace.
• After a year or so you realise this was a mistake and come back to BHW.
• You’ve changed your service significantly and changed the pricing to $500.
• The comments you’ve previously received around the service provided and value for money are not relevant to your new service. Therefore to stop potential buyers linking the 2 and people thinking those comments are related to your existing service we ask that you create a new thread as it’s a different service

I hope this makes sense as our intention is to make it clear to the customer the service they are buying.
