* Wait 24-72h. Soft restrictions self-clear if the account behaves normally.
* Appeal through @spambot. Open it, hit /start, pick "Yes, I'll send fewer messages" or the "But I can't message users" option. A human moderator reviews and usually lifts it manually within a day or two.
a. While you wait, warm the account: set a real profile photo + bio, join a few channels, send messages only to existing contacts in your phone, use it like a normal account for 5-7 days. Cold-messaging strangers right after registration is the most common trigger.

This is normal for new telegram accounts bro system flags new accounts fast if you message strangers or add contacts quickly it thinks its spam so limits you just wait few days use account normally and avoid mass messaging it usually gets removed automatically

telegram often limits new accounts to stop spam so this is normal at the start. dont buy shady unlimit services they can get your account banned. just use your account normally for a few days add contacts slowly and the limits usually go away.
