Need help for my facebook App

Hello there, I need some advise on how to ask Facebook for permission for Publish_actions for my app
I want to know what I should write in the comment box to convince Facebook to give me permission for publish_action
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S If any of you guys has already an established FB App with Publish_action approval, PM me, maybe we can work together.

Whenever you create a FB app, facebook provides you with some default access to the users of your app like their email, list of their friends, their birthdays etc.
But to gain more access like the one I mentioned "Publish_action" first, you have to explain to facebook why you need that special access which is the permission to post on the wall/timeline of your app users.

@armanshohel48 it means every new app created, it doesn't have permission on posting to users wall. So you need to submit your app for approval for specific facebook feature
