You should have good grasp of how MLS's and Zillow work together to be capable of performing this job. I have the agent's account, which should help. You're going to have to open a new agent profile to test a any foregone conclusion.

I honestly don't know if the agent paid a professional or if she just found a loophole herself, but I'm willing to pay to find out and have it implemented.

submit Bids Please.

So you want someone to attempt to reverse engineer their elite skills?

Sounds like a fun puzzle. But I'm not experienced with this real estate shit.

You bribed her to get it?

Why would an agent give up their creds to the MLS and Zillow?
Man. There not her creds. Only like the first five sales are. She has 60 sales this year. She's claiming other peoples property like she sold it, but i don't how she knows what property to choose.

OK, I misunderstood... you do not have her log in credentials.

wait theres so many different MLS associations. Are you saying shes posting the fake properties on MLS.com than claiming them on zillow?

I have no idea but that would seem possible or she is copying the emails from the feeds and adding it as her secondary email on Zillow.
Looks like the only thing you need to claim the property is to have the same email in the feed listing.

Could you please elaborate on the email thing, so i follow fully. I'm a little confused.

Also you do know what an MLS is right? It's an association. There's hundreds of them all over the country. You have to be licensed to join. She would never risk putting a faking listing on the MLS shes associated with. OR at least I don't think she would. MLS.com is just a domain that has a property search tool if I'm not mistaken. However if there is a way to post from the web to a MLS than that would answer a lot.

I have a account with both and clearly understand how to work both since I work in real-estate. If you tell me what you want done exactly to your liking and how much you would be willing to pay I can work on this for you. Add me on skype: clby11

You're going to take this opportunity to pitch the guy so you can put a few dollars in your pocket?

Why don't you just share with him how this other agent is doing that instead?

All they are doing is claiming properties that someone else sold as their own. If no one ever reported taking the sale then you can do it yourself. After a sale happens and its been awhile no one claims it. You can just say you did it and most times since its old no one will care and just accept it like it was you all along. It's pretty scummy to do but it can be done. I can guarantee she's tried lots of places and has only gotten accepted on those few ones

So you could automate the searching and applying process, yeah? Sounds like a great service to sell to RE agents :D

Wasn't going to sell him the listings just sell how to do it and what she was doing. It's pretty bad to do but not the worst thing in the world

The selling how to do it is not the worst thing in the world... no doubt.

But it does take away from the spirit of the site which is to help one another freely except in the Marketplace/Hire a Freelancer/Want to Buy sections which are set up for members to buy and sell.
