[NEED HELP] FB Cloak + CPA

Hello.
I need suggest is my plan ok or i will get banned.
1. I think to bay old FB account and private IP from country where is made (Someone to suggest my service for baying IP ?)
2. Buy " Just Cloak It" Plan for Cloak of my link
3.Will make legit WP site on top level domain and will paste like banner my CPA offers
4. Will Cloak - "one page submit" initiative CPA offer and make FB ads for him.
5. Add funds to FB account....
Only problem here is that i can`t found way to add funds..I think to use www . bancore . com but not know if this will work
Will be happy if someone with experience help me )
Also i can donate to one of you that help me most!!!
