If you spam then yes you will be banned you can create a website then when you comment or post you can attach a link, you comment sparingly sometimes you comment to avoid suspicion of spam

Well maybe i am wrong but i dont think its a worthy strategies these days
I search for normal post and they dont have a link and seems that fb dont give them almost no reach because it wants for people to invest in facebok ads and using links it will be more worst
Not only that fb groups owners will not aprove your links but also fb will not like your posts

It's hard to avoid getting banned when you use link spamming on groups, try reducing the amount of sapm and removing links

Well fb its not the only traffic source .You can use youtube ,maybe open an instagram related to your niche and post 2 or 3 times per day and you will get traffic .You need to read more ,watch on what other marketars do by watching their channeels on youtube etc
In this game you need to adapt and never put all your eggs in one seingle basket
