[Need Help]E-mail marketing with Aweber.

Hi all, I?m trying to build an e-mail list and going to start my campaign very soon (common products like ?Fat loss? ?Get rich? etc). I?m using Aweber Service . As a very new comer to this whole thing, need some help from you guys.

Q1: If I use Non-us address (specifically from non-English region) for email campaign , will that effect my campaign from readers view . As my campaign will be in English language. And Aweber is adding my address in every e-mail. So every reader will know the senders location.

Q2: Aweber needs a valid mailing address. If I rent a virtual us post box, will that comply with ?CAN-SPAM act?. If I use mailing address that different from my billing address (two different country), will it conflict with ?CAN-SPAM act??
Here is the CAN-SPAM act according address:
?Tell recipients where you?re located: Your message must include your valid physical postal address. This can be your current street address, a post office box you?ve registered with the U.S. Postal Service, or a private mailbox you?ve registered with a commercial mail receiving agency established under Postal Service regulations.?

Q3: As I can guess lots of people not using their real name , will that be a problem for me not to use my real name. But I had to put my real name in my billing address. So if i use different name in my e-mail campaign, will that be illegal?

I have the exact same questions. (that's why I decided to post a reply to this somewhat old thread instead of creating a new one).

I want to add one more question. What about the phone number if the PO Box is from the US and the phone number is from another country - it's not going to match. I wonder if that's okay with Aweber.

Could somebody please help? Any suggestion is appreciated.

not an expert on can spam act but I dont think most people even look at the address
I use my company name instead of real name when sending
I use getresponse instead of aweber so I dont know if there is a difference and aweber won't allow company names, I dont see why they wouldnt tho.

as long as your lists are opted in (which aweber requires anyway) I doubt you will have issues with address and name.
