Need Help: Can Spam act

Hello everyone,
I've been looking to build a opt-in Email list to just blast out emails with my affiliate link, but I have doubts because of the Can-Spam act.
I don't want wo get in trouble, so I have a question:

Do I have to put a business address somewhere in the email?
Or can I just leave it out because the emails are solicited

The most important thing is to be double opt-in and to include an 'unsubscribe' option.

To be fully compliant you should include a business address, but a PO Box is sufficient.

It's an common issue mostly people are facing difficulties that like bounce rate, low delivery reports, getting spam, etc. But always there is a solution to a problem, I would highly recommend you to use a platform that is dedicated. That can provide you with your own SMTPs, Domains and IPs ( most of the service providers out there are providing shared account tot here users) be sure that the SMTPs, IPs and Domains your using is not listed in " Black list " as this can hurt your campaign a lot. As per my suggest to all of you would be " Imailunlimited " they are the best one that I could found. The only deal in dedicated stuff and the main point is I can hit the Inbox of my recipient continuously.
