Hey guys
So I am building a custom PC and after its built I connected it to my monitor via VGA and turned it on. The PC turned on and both fans worked as well as the motherboard lit up however my monitor didn't do anything.
If anyone offers me the solution I will give them $5 after it works via BTC!

Edit: Title should be ASAP*. Bloody autocorrect

Please check the RAM slots.remove each pcb at a time to debug the culprit

How about the startup motherboard sound? Is present?

There is a difference if the motherboard makes or not a "bling" sound in the buzzer at startup. It will still startup and light the leds and power up the fans but the lack of that sound is usually means that something failed

If its vga, most likely its an on-board receptor. In that case, just plug in the vga cord to the system and make sure your monitor settings themselves are on vga and not another setting like AV1, AV2, or cable in.

If the MB has an internal speaker you can sometimes diagnose faults with the Bios codes.
It might be hard to diagnose without a spare graphics card or monitor to test.
Strip it down to the minimum, with one stick of ram and try again.
Look on the Asus site. https://www.asus.com/
If you can't test the monitor or the MB then you might need to RMA

It's on VGA setting

Trust me you will waste 10x more time trying to debug this over Internet.go to a buddy and rent his video card and monitor and save yourself for a looong night

I didnt read every answer here. I was owner of pc repair shop long ago. Do ur mobo have integrated graphic card? If so plug ur monitor into it, go to bios , and set directive to use VGA instead of integrated.
