I've been doing seo for 5 years and have been using ai for blogging and copywriting for 3 years but the question is i don't know how to automate my process as i do not have any tech background and don't know where to start even, so want to seek help here, and see if anyone can tell me what tech or programm i need based on the my following workflow.

There are two ways to automate blogging, both are effective but it takes time to have any effect.
first one is like there:
1) I sort out all the keywords and make a list
2) I have made my own prompt and use chatgpt 4.0 to generate one article (less than 600 words)
3) Put this article back into my wp and insert a cover image (usually from google image or pexel, canva, etc)

this one is easy but the quality is not very stable, though google will index all the content, only a few would rank.

Here is a more decent one.

1) Sort out all the keywords and make a list
2) I have made my own prompt and use chatgpt 4.0 to generate an outline
3) extract the serp top 5 result page and use chatgpt analyze their blog structure, seo keywords, LSI keywords,
4) Complete the outline
5) write a prompt and finish each part of the outline using the words that you have sorted
6) Put all the parts back into my wp and insert a cover image from canva
7) insert a youtube video based on the keyword

so i think the second one is more complex and hard to automate, but the first one i guess can be totally automated, any idea how to achieve that? any tutorial in the youtube that i can learn from? thanks in advance~

Hire a VA to do the menial tasks for you.
Problem solved. Otherwise, hire a developer to build what you need.

You can post in the Hire a Freelancer, I pay around $100-200 a week depending on how much work is needed. For menial tasks its around $100-150 a week.

This is almost exactly part of what we do for clients. But we don't add YouTube videos and we dont use ChatGPT 4.0 because of speed.

In about 2 months, we've processed over 8.2 million words with this system for over 50 clients.

The thing is this - ChatGPT is not 100% stable no matter how perfect the prompt looks. It gives better result when the output is less, so the second option of giving it an outline is better for long form content

Yet, after writing, we still manually prompt it to rewrite each section of each article one by one. This is the only way to get articles of quality upto 2000 words.. Without this second rewriting with prompt, you will get a very improper article.

Then again, we manually proof-read the entire article and remove AI footprints. No matter how you prompt it not to use these words, ChatGPT has a set of words that it uses which leaves footprints to show it was written by AI. These words are different for every niche. So we know these words, and we hunt them, remove or change them with synonyms, and ensure the words are readable and flows

If you want to hire, hit me up. I can discuss more strategies that work with you.

This is wrong. You can use Zimmwriter if you don't want to prompt manually. You can pick your tone and adjust as needed. I can spit out thousands of quality articles that flow correctly. Don't let people tell you otherwise, and don't let people tell you that AI matters. It doesn't. What matters is having the right voice for your audience and your niche.

You can also manually read and adjust with Grammarly. Once again, you're wrong here, and once again this can be done with Grammarly.

Don't try and sucker people, you have no idea what you're actually talking about.

LoL. We have all this tools. Yet, nothing works as human does on a consistent basis.
But you are free to have your opinion

BTW, you suggested he hires a VA to do the manual job. If I may ask, what exactly is the VA suppose to do?
