Need help about paypal

Hi, BHW, I bought a paypal from a Uk person's but it was not verified. And today when I log in there it's showing me- My paypal is limited and need to resolve the problem otherwise I can't send money. On the other hand I don't know clear about paypal. So pls help me how to fix the problem??

you have to submit them the documents they ask for (copy of ID/passport, proof of address/utility bill)
they tell you exactly what documents are needed

Though I'm outside from Uk so how I will show those info to them??

if the account is yours (it is under your name), you can scan the needed documents and upload them to paypal's resolution center or fax them
just click on the links they provided how to solve the case after logging in your account, you can't go wrong

if it's not under your name, that will be another problem

The account name is mine but information is that Uk's person. So what should I do now??
 
this could be a problem unfortunately (your address won't match what paypal have in file), you can't really do much other than faking the documents, but i don't recommend to do this, because it's illegal in most of the countries

lesson learned, if whenever you buy a paypal account in the future, you should buy the account along with the documents, if paypal request it (what they will do for sure), you can send it to them

yea, it's more expensive with the documents, but you can't be surprised that way

Will he can fix it?? If I contact with him. But main thing is that I have forgotten his name and id also. I know here's lots of Uk ppls. So pls help me from that prob.
 
Well, time is money and it should be the same for you too. Basically, you have 2 options here.

1) Photoshop the docs.
2) Move on and buy another verified pp.

I would recommend number 2. It's like $20 a pop i guess. Saves you time and money in the long run.
 
Apparently when you sign in with an unfamiliar IP for accounts they lock the account down because they think it's been compromised.

I'm guessing you bought a UK account and you live in some far off country, so yeah.. That generally would throw off a flag in their system.

I think you should create your own pp account and buy VCC its just $7. If pp want some proof you have no problems because its yours.
