Need help! About Instagram comment likes

Hey recently I saw a Indonesian guy was on every top comment in Instagram. I researched on that method and finally found it. (not exact obviously, somewhat similar) I can make my comment top comment. But how to use it to monetize because I don't have much idea what type of offer or affiliate or things work on Instagram (since my primary source of income is amazon affiliate sites) .so Ideas are very appreciated.

If you are working on meme page, then you can post some sarcastic comment and mention that follow my page for more , it will work on mostly all the niches. ( it will work if your comment will. be on top, but as you mentioned that you can do that )
