Need help about DMCA (embedd tube site)

Mods, feel free to move this thread.
So i have an embedd tube site with the theme and video player from wp-script. Embedding from xvideos and monetizing with pre rolls through the wp-script's custom player. Now i get a DMCA from a bitch called "the purple bitch" ( hot bitch by the way) and google removes the post/video from search.
First i wanna say that i recreated my site a while ago so the "video" taken down is not there anymore, its just a broken link.
Second, should i file a counter notice to google because this bitch can't do this and proceed to embed all her fucking videos in ny website?
Will i be ok, LEGALLY?

I think you should contact this hot bitch first. And let her know you are die hard fan of her. And tell her about embedding means she get more traffic and publicity.

And IF she isn't agree with then tell her "fu%k u", and make 100's of clone sites everywhere by clearly stole the videos, but not embedding and make money from those.

btw she's really a hot

The thing is that she only gets some publicity, beacause the ads from xvideos are blocked by wps mass embedder. Anyway this seems like an automated thing cuz there is no video but the title is the same from xvideos and thats how they found it.

If there is no video then no way she can DMCA you because of the video title. The video is copyrighted, not the title.

Hmm... If she or her manager or something close perceived you as threat it meant your website have/had significant amount of traffic. Care to tell if it was organic or inorganic traffic? It's very hard to get traffic for porn site nowadays. In fact she's hot, but if every jealous hot bitch out there decide to take me down with DMCA complaints I won't survive for long. Ugh... Nor I have enough money to invest seriously on servers, security, marketing and plans for those scenarios and tell them to go f*uck their selves yet...
