You should not picked up this job and cancel the order if you think is fishy. I recently turned down a $100 jobs with left me no details for the project after I sent the buyer a few reminders.

This is why I left Fiverr. I used to do $100 days, but about a year ago I got sick of people not leaving sufficient instructions mixed with bad support from Fiverr and just decided to call it a day with them. I may go back because it looks like they've done a few updates since the last time I was there.

Contacting support is definitely the way to go. In case things don't go your way though, you might want to switch to other traffic providers like ultimatewebtraffic or trafficmasters. I've had positive dealings with them in the past if that helps.

Contact fiverr support and bring this loophole to their notice. They should have a way to identify faults after order has been placed. If buyer doesnt provide information needed, seller should not be punished for it.
