Need GSA Blast expert.

Hello,

I need a blast expert for GSA, who can work on my campaign (and run it on his/her servers), and provide me with good Vpm/LpM. Ideally, the incumbent should have GSA setup + Content + server + proxies etc. Have been trying to search for such service providers, haven't been able to find good people.

This is monthly recurring job. Any suggestions welcome.
