Need graphic designer on pay per job basis

Hi there,

I'm starting an online venture and need somebody who is able to design good looking header/background/footer sets for mini sites on a job by job basis. Since I'm just starting out I cannot promise a fixed amount of work, but will forward all the work to the selected person.

I will provide the psds to be followed (in terms of sizes).

I am aiming for at least 2-3 orders/day, and will be paying $20 per job.
