People normally do not buy negatives as they can get easily removed when reported with proper reason by listing owner. Just to know you.

OP, Just a peice of advice, Rather than spending money to buy neg revs which may be harmful for the service provider's accounts, spend it to purchase positive ratings for your business. Win-win for everyone.
