May I ask you where you live OP? $400/month for 160 hours of work is only $2,5/hr which is pretty much nothing. GL in your search though! :)

Most of our staff are from Asia so obviously if you convert the $400 to their currency - it equates to how much they paid locally if not more. But obviously if you are from the US or Canada, it won't make sense. However, if you are from these countries, we can work something like - would outsource parts of the work to you. Hope this clears things up. And am from the US.

Our budget for a full-time is $350 - $400 per month 40 hours a week work.
You got such high requirements but you want people to work 40 hours a week for such a low payment.
I live in lets say a second or third world country I am not exactly sure where my country should be(If I am not mistaken its a second world country) but most SEO Freelancers or Companies here charge atleast 1000$ per month. And the indian guys don't work as cheap as you think. You can get a data entry guy for 2$/h but not a SEO Specialist for 2.5$/h he is going to charge you ATLEAST 6-10$/h and this is at the very minimum.

I am interested and i have couple of sites ranked in SE but the requirements are too hard and how much i am going to get paid per month/per week. I can surely rank websites but the websites with higher competition will consume more time as compared to the less competitive keywords. So if you give me project to rank no 1 for web hosting in 1 month then dear i will be sorry.Be realistic and loosen your requirement. I am willing to work but with higher pay and reasonable work load. PM me i live in Islamabad Pakistan
