You didn't have a look at TrustedProxies did you? They offer them under the GeoIP section.
I have a few plans with them and havn't been blocked, they also don't change the ranges every 30 days like BuyProxies do and can help them look more natural to the big G.

Hey there's a member here selling them with a data center in France. You could get dedicated IPs there by the looks of the chart. The site is http://www.changemyip.com and the members name is unr3al. He's got a sales thread here I believe as well you could check for reviews.
th0m4s, have you looked around at other places? That place, unless I'm missing something is charging some pretty insane rates man. $15 and $30+ for single proxies? LOL. Man there's lot of places that don't change your IPs every 30 days, you could probably save yourself some serious cash by trying a few out maybe at those rates.

Why do you need a French proxy for that? Youtube looks the same in every country except for the ads you will get.
