Need Feedback On Membership Site

I'm a noobie in the Membership Sites niche and I was wondering if anyone could critique my website and tell me what you think about. It's called CashMyStudio and it's a social publishing platform that allows users to publish videos, photos, and blog entries. Any feedback will help me. I launched it in October and I only have 141 members. I'm not sure how to go about collecting new members efficiently, can any one help me?
