Need FB Groups Manager

We have 18 FB groups and we run scripts on them several times per day. these scripts simply approve new members, weed out scam posts and approve member posts. The problem is that we have over 600,000 thousand members in these groups and we have timer delays on the scripts and randomize-rs. We have about 3 clean FB accounts that are admins to all of these groups. That's one of the problems. i tried buying accounts and warming them but they are always more time and just not worth my time. I dont have time to deal with this so i would like someone to work this for me. Who can help ?
