Need easy good wordpress theme

I'm willing to pay for this. I am a linux sysadmin, I just have no design skills. I have hosting. I have wordpress installed, I just hate trying make websites look good. I need to be able to replicate the setup for other blogs. I saw a blog which looks ok, but obviously I'm not going to link it here and have people think its mine. I can't PM either yet.

I just want to upload my content this weekend. I have like 6 blogs to go live before Monday.
