need dummy accounts

I'm looking for dummy startup insta/fb accounts with few k followers as to thrust the credibility of my new brand, should i buy them aged or make new accounts and just buy followers & likes?

Aged accounts with activity and followers would be ideal as they will be less likely to have action restrictions.

Plus, aged accounts can be bought from the marketplace pretty cheaply, so I would go that route to save time.
