Need Dedicated Server for Jarvee

I use Jarvee with close to 500 accounts. I have been using it on an Acer Inter i5 dual code 12gb ram and it works perfectly. However when I try and move it to a dedicated server with 32gb ram and 4 cores it's only able to do half the operations. Any idea what the issue might be or how to fix? Would like to spend under $120/month if possible.

Check out Turnkey Internet. They have good dedicated servers.
