Need computer expert to configure a VPS

Hey guys, I want to buy a VPS located in USA Florida (Miami better) so I can remotely access to a Paypal account I created, from Argentina (since ARG accounts got prohibited recently)

So I need someone who can sell me one or guide me through the configuration of it, from zero.

From buying to a good / cheap server , configuration, remote access to server, navigate, etc.

I'm willing to pay through Paypal.

you don't need to be an expert but yea it does require some knowledge

an easier thing to set it up would be to buy a good vps (berman hosting is cheap) and email the support to set it up.

They will give u a Remote desktop login once its set up.

why buy a VPS ?

Get hotspot shield for free. Install the software on your pc and it will create a vpn and give you a american ip address

VPS is your best bet if you use it for paypal. Paypal created in US requires a lot verification. My advise buy a vps located in europe countries and south east asia most of them don't require other verification other than cc or vcc. Unlike USA and UK that it needs Bank Accounts, CC, phone and if you are not lucky they will asked your ssn.

In buying vps buy a windows vps either it is windows xp or windows 2008 it is easy to use and configure. If you still need help just hit me up.
