Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place guys...

So, I need around $50-80 in Bitcoin to make a transaction, but I only have money in my Paypal account and in my Discover card. However, sites like Coinbase and Circle only accept transactions from Mastercard and Visa.

What's my best option to get Bitcoin here with as least amount of transaction fees as possible?

Localbitcoins or a real seller near you.
And don't expect the rate to be low. Paypal means high fraud risk so be ready for advanced checks from seller's side.

Few months ago, I bought few btc from ebay. You can give that a try. They will charge a little bit more but that's the only way I know of.

Sent you a PM with a contact that may be able to assist you.

shet bitcoins brings back memories when I use to gamble I buy it at virwox instant transaction

Paypal transactions can easily be reversed, that's why most of the crypto sellers stay away from it.

You'll have to pay 5% or more if you're buying with PP . Try BitcoinTalk Marketplace or localbitcoins.

P.s. Paypal hates Bitcoin. You should use CC.

Well paypal is worst case to trade bitcoins, because its very often used to scam people with chargebacks and people not often chooses to change bitcoins to paypal. Try to google there are big shops for this - but dont expect low fees..

I live off of my PayPal debit card. If you apply for one you can use it at those sites.

I've used Paxful dot com a couple times... I usually use Western Union as you get the best rate but I have used paypal with no issues.

Yea, I have a debit card, but it is a Discover card which isn't accepted by most of the big sites with low transaction rates. Unfortunately, the seller that I wanted to buy from decided to sell to one of his friends, so I don't need bitcoins anymore. Thanks though to everyone that helped!
