Wonder what you will do if people start Googling for "review YOUR COMPANY" or SCAM YOUR COMPANY how will that help you then?

I suggest you dig deeper otherwise you will likely find the wrong people responding. Fighting negative posts isn't just some backlinks, it's a strategy, and ORM in these cases takes time. Good luck.

On the other hand it looks like you're trying to get backlinks in an odd way.

If you have proof of false accusations you could try and contact the admin of the page.
But be polite, most german webmasters I know are fed up by removal request for opinions especialy on a forum or blog.

In case of false accusations and other ways have failed you could try getting a lawyer remove it. But that mostly results in more negative pr...

okay hey thank you guys for helping me out here. indeed i searched some keywords and i did already improve the company image online by enhancing the wikipedia article and by spreading a lot of positive content written by freelancers. the problem is that there is one forum post that keeps jumping on the last search result of the furst page and i cannot help to get rid of it. the only thing i need now i someone who chooses any search result just below the one i have here and enhance it so far that the forum post leaves. is that hadr to do? i thaught this is a forum for people whoms easiest task is exactly that

SEO is never a super easy task, that's why the forum is full of people trying to learn about it. And there are no silver bullet solutions. Still, your task doesn't sound like something huge.
