Need assistance with Microsoft Ads

Hello guys, I was trying to post search ads on Microsoft ads and noticed that I can't use words of big companies like Puma, Adidas or Nike on my Ads heading. But I want to use these words without my account being noticed as suspicious. Can anybody guide me on how to use these names on heading or description. Also, I have heard that this might be done using keyword insertion but I am not sure.
