Need assistance to understand this Tip

I have this friend - she always fine tune my website against my given keyword and increase the traffic by 50-60 extra people every day from Google organic search through google.com.hk and google.com (she do tell me to check the analytic by URL shortener service of goo.gl analytic). However when I ask her to share a trick with me, she didn't reveal much - she only shared this line " I let Google crawler to crawl and index a website with random high rating points", Can anyone please elaborate what does that mean?
