Need an Idea

Hi
I have a domain name having 464M search results and 1900+ searches daily according to traffic travis. Well the domain is studentswebsite<.>com.
Well I was thinking to sell it on DP the other day but I did not get any big offers or anything. I consulted a few friends and they told me it has a good potential but they would not tell what to setup. So I need advice on how to go about it? What should I promote and how should I monetize? If anyone has any idea I am willing to enter a JV and we can split the profits/investment.
tbh I am into PPC so I do not know much about designing and other things.

A name like that can be used to build what can eventually be an authority site. There are a lot of student related offers, from funding, student loans, student travel, student insurance, student career related, student credit cards, etc etc.

Build one authority sites with sections that you try and rank for each niche.
