Need an article writer 400-800 words

So here's what I need:

-Someone who can write 70%+ unique articles, ranging from 400-800 words long.
-I also need this to include the spintext so that I can spin multiple versions myself.

I could not get what do you mean by 70% unique. When a writer starts working on an article I just don't understand how can he ensure the said amount of plagiarism free content. In case, you make me understand me, I would be glad to write for you.

meaning I need:

I'm not doing more than $10 per 600 word article, I still need to make money at the end of the month lol
