Need Amazon Bad Product Review Removed

I have a product I just launched in the Germany Amazon market. A customer gave it a 1 star product review (not seller feedback review) based on receiving it damaged from Amazon fulfilment centre. This 1 star review has killed my chances of selling this product in the Germany market and Amazon won't remove it even though it's entirely based on their fulfiment delivery service delivering a smashed product to the customer.

I will pay anyone who can help me to get this one star removed from Amazon DE.

Better get some new positive reviews instead.

I would suggest to add few positive reviews to your item and that review will go down on the page automatically.
